MISSION STATEMENT

The Absolute Blast Elite Youth Training and Playing Association (Absolute Blast or AB) annually fields highly competitive fastpitch teams at various age levels, with the end goal of placing our athletes in collegiate programs nationwide.   By providing a safe and secure environment that aims to inspire and motivate, we will help guide our players to reach their potentials both on the playing field, and most importantly, in life.

CORE VALUES
Created to help foster the culture of the association. These CORE VALUES will help guide us on a daily basis to ensure we are reaching the ultimate goal of adhering to our Mission Statement.

1. Accountability: Each coach, player, parent and board member associated with AB will be beholden to one another, the association and most importantly themselves.

2. Competitiveness: The organization will foster a competitive environment in which young athletes will be challenged both on and off the playing field.

3. Altruism: We will strive to educate everyone within the association that being selfless, is a cornerstone towards being a part of an effort that can impact one individual or an entire community.

4. Respect: At all levels, AB representatives will conduct ourselves in an exemplary manner demonstrating respect for the game we play, the teams we face and how we work with one another on a daily basis.

5. Mentorship: We will instill in our athletes the understanding and mindset that they hold a valuable tool. The ability to inspire and ignite the dreams, aspirations and work ethic of those they stand ahead of. The young athlete and their development is greatly impacted by those they see directly ahead of them.

WHO WE ARE

The Absolute Blast Elite Youth Training and Playing Association is a 501c3 and was founded in September of 2014 with the sole intent of building an environment where the development of our youth could be done in a safe and secure manner. Our mission is to teach not only the game of fastpitch, but to allow kids to dream and to help them turn those dreams into reality.

We strive to expose our young athletes to the benefits of dealing with both adversity and success. By adhering to our AB core values, these athletes will come to embrace what it truly means to be a student-athlete.   Ultimately, they will come to realize the impact that they can have on their communities both as individuals and as a team.

The Absolute Blast Elite Youth Training and Playing Association will aim to accomplish the following:

• Produce highly competitive fastpitch teams at various age levels.

• Assist our athletes in the process of collegiate recruiting and enhance their exposure opportunities.

• Foster an environment where female athletes will be challenged and be provided attainable goals both on and off the field.

• Be involved in charitable activities and using our strength in numbers to impact the lives of others within our communities.

• Establish a mentorship program where young athletes are coached and challenged by the older athletes in our program. Each year our younger players will practice side by side with our older ones. By creating an environment where both inspiration and aspiration naturally occur, and in addition a selfless appreciation for what our older girls will be providing, we know this cycle will pay tremendous dividends for many years to come.

• Provide opportunities to our community based little league organizations to come to our facility and receive instruction. We want to share what we’re doing with the hopes that it will make our association more than just a self-serving entity as it pertains to the game of fastpitch softball.

The Absolute Blast Elite Youth Training and Playing Association’s vision is a simple one and that is to improve the lives of our youth both on and off the playing fields. We embrace the impact we can have on the individual and the community as a whole.
